** PLEASE NOTE - The coronavirus is affecting international carriers around the world, as well as causing longer processing times in the destination countries, thus affecting shipping times. Although most of our products are processed, shipped and arrive at the destination within our normal shipping times stated below, some orders may take longer than normally expected. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused, and remind you that all orders are tracked until they arrive at the final destination, all our products are covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, and all transactions are fully secure.

Our average shipping times are:

N.America, Oceania, Europe, Asia (not incl. India) - 15-35 business days
Rest of world - 20-30 business days
Islands - varies depending on product and destination. Please contact us for specific shipping times 

Please note that these are average shipping times, and may change slightly depending on Customs offices and local postal services, as well as bad weather.

Our orders are prepared for shipment after the orders are made, therefore may have a 2-5 day processing time before leaving the warehouse. However, in many cases orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours or order placement. Most of our products are shipped from our facilities overseas, taking 7-10 business days to reach their destination once they are processed.

However, you can be assured that we do everything in our power to get the items to you as quickly as possible, and you will find that in many cases you will receive your new items quicker than this.

In order to ensure minimum shipping times, please make sure all shipping information you provide is correct and accurate. 14Candles cannot be held responsible for items shipped to wrong addresses provided by the customers. 

All of the orders have tracking codes, which are provided via email as soon as the products are shipped.

In some instances which are not under our control, such as extreme weather, postal strikes, etc., shipping times may take longer.



If, for any reason, shipping time takes longer than 6 weeks to arrive, we will give you a full refund for the product should you decide to return it once arrives, or send you a new item at no extra cost (or shipping cost, when applicable).

In cases that are not under our control and shipping takes longer than expected, such as extreme weather, postal strikes, etc., if you decide to return the item, return shipping cost is not refunded.



Shipping rates vary based on the product (size and weight), destination and store promotion. However, be on the lookout for our FREE SHIPPING discounts we have every now and then.
