HOW USE

1. Cut to the right size based on your shoes size or existing insoles
2. If you have other external insoles in your shoes - remove them
3. Insert insole into shoe with the yellow honeycomb side down.
4. For best results and comfort it is recommended to replace insoles every six (6) months or at first signs of wear.
